Visions of Sugar Plums
I made this layout for my Jessica Sprague Creative Design Team. It's made using Pink Paislee SnowDay paper and Elements. I love the colors in this kit. If you're interested in learning digital scrapping or learning your way around Photoshop you should check out Jessica Sprague now. She's offering some amazing discounts on classes and products. I started with Jessica about a year and a half ago and did not even know how to open a blank document in photoshop, everything I've learned, I learned from her classes. Go, treat yourself and save some $$ at the same time!
Enjoy the moment
Yet another card with Pink Paislee papers. This is from the butterfly collection. I just cut the butterfly out of the paper, the seam binding and brad is from Stampin' Up and the lace ribbon is some random from my stash. I think I got it at hobby lobby.
Celebrate Today
Another card made with some Pink Paislee Papers. The tag I cut out is from their mistable line. Have you tried it? It's so much fun. When you get the paper it's all white and you can see a clear "embossed" looking design. You then use your mistable inks to color it how you like and wipe it away and the embossed area resists the ink. I used Tattered Angels brand. Now sure if you can tell by the photo or not, but I misted one half bluish teal, an the other half is yellow. I also used the same mistable ink to color my seam binding which was white. Just spray it on, crinkle it up and voila... matching seam binding. Love it! The bird, butterfuly and today are just cutouts of the papers.
Encouragement Card
I made this card with some paper that I had forgotten about. It came about the time I started Christmas shopping and got put away with all the Christmas Bags. I found it at the beginning of December. Anyway, it's by Pink Paislee and it's called Daily Junque. I absolutely love this paper.
Wtih Appreciation - Spice Cake
I made this card a while ago and just came across it. I don't think I've posted this. It was made with the Stampin Up Spice Cake kit that I bought from Snowmanlover

Jessica Sprague December Assignments
Well, the new year has almost begun and I just realized I didn't post my Jessica Sprague final December layout. This was a very simple digital layout I made using Kitschy Digitals chalkboard elements. If you look around at the Jessica Sprague Kitschy products you may find a freebie kit like this one. And while you're there, look around, there are sooo many awesomely cute things to add to your scrapbook stash.

Sewing Kit Mason Jars
Originally I thought I would use burlap, but it makes the lid really hard to screw on because it's so thick. I'm keeping this one for myself.

Signed, Sealed and Delivered
I finally finished Christmas cards and they have been signed, sealed and delivered. I've gotten quite a few great responses. Overall I'm happy with this year's cards and I have yet to make two alike in three years. :)

Christmas Card 28
I am finished. I am having Christmas Card Burnout. I'm so ready to start a new project. I just had a wonderful weekend with my girlfriends from high school. Every year we get together for a weekend slumber party and I cannot wait to get started on my memory book. We had such a great time.
Christmas Aprons Digi Layout
I made this digital layout using Jessica Sprague's Collaborative Kit called Christmas Wishes & Whimsy. It's such a versatile kit you can use it for so much more than just Christmas. Check it out! Also, if you missed last night's live webshow of Heidi Swapp, you can catch it here. She makes a really amazing Christmas Album using the new kit she and Jessica created also available on JessicaSprague.com. Lots of great ideas and fun! Jessica and Heidi together = amazing!

Christmas Card 26
I've had this Gingerbread punch for over a year and forgot all about it. I made this card this morning and like I said.. no mojo. Maybe tomorrow's cards will come easier. Ever have days like that?
Christmas Card 25
I am trying to finish up my cards and losing my Christmas Card mojo. I wasn't really happy with this card, but it is what it is. I think the pink tree and the stamped word background was too much with the very patterned paper.

Christmas Card 23
I think I am getting close to having enough Christmas Cards. A few more and I should be done. This was a fun card to make. I made it using a paper stack I bought at Hobby Lobby in the Christmas Section. I cut the trees out of one of the papers and used a Nestability for the greeting cutouts. The stamp is Papertrey Ink.
Chili - Healthy Style for my Diabetic Honey
Recently my honey was diagnosed with diabetes. Since then, we've totally changed our menu. Nothing but healthy for him. I changed up my chili recipe to make it a little bit healthier. It turned out pretty awesome!! Of course you don't want to add the sour cream and cheese if you're going to be REALLY good, but I just used a little... that doesn't count, does it?
December Project for Jessica Sprague
I am trying to get ahead of the ball for my December projects for Jessica Sprague Creative Team. My high school girlfriends and I get together once a year every year for a weekend slumber party. That party is this coming weekend. I can't wait!!

Happy Thanksgiving & Polish Noodles
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. I hope you had an opportunity to enjoy the holiday with your special friends and family. We had a great time hosting Thanksgiving. So much food, so little time! We have so many leftovers it's bordering on ridiculous! I wanted to share with everyone this awesome recipe I got from Richie's mom for Polish Noodles. They are so easy and oooohhh so good! I made a double batch (and yes, you do double ALL the ingredients including the water). Word of caution... doubling makes A LOT!! These noodles remind me of the noodles my grandmother used to make. Her's were homemade noodles, of course, but this is probably the closest I've tasted. Trust me, you will like them!! I'm sorry I don't have a picture (it's hard to get a nice picture of noodles!) I even googled to see if I could find you a picture that looked similar and no luck.

Christmas Card 22?
Is this card #22, I'm not sure.....
I rearranged and tweaked my craftroom today, so I had to try it out, right?? LOL Previously my craft table was set up so I could stand while working. I loved it, but sometimes I have to admit, I wished I hadn't made it that way. Well now, I can sit at my table and all of my other things were moved to work around the different level. I love it. I also totally blinged out my table. I use a drafting table as my main crafting area. It was kind of plain, so...I bought some really cool zebra print duct tape and I trimmed out the edges with the tape. I know, sounds weird, you have to see it. I will try and take a photo. I've got my 50MM lens on, so I can't get a good picture at the moment. I'll take one and come back to the this and add it.
OK.. I just ran in there and snapped this with my Iphone. Cute, huh? LOL I LOVE IT!!
Anyway.... the card. Just a mix of this and that from old and new stash. (I know, real informative, eh?). The striped paper is from K&Co, the gold glitter paper is some that I bought at Walmart, the red glitter is Stampin up, ribbon is Stampin Up, the tag is a free printable I got off Pinterest and the green paper is a Christmas pack I bought in the Christmas Section at Hobby Lobby. I believe the red cardstock is Stampin up cherry cobler, but I wouldn't swear to it. I don't sort by brand, I sort by colors.

Pumpkin Dump Cake
You have got to try this amazing recipe. It is ooey, it is gooey and it is ooooh so lovely. I'm not a huge fan of pumpkin pie. I mean I don't hate it, but I'd much rather have something a bit sweeter if I'm going to eat pie. Well this recipe is just that. It's pumpkin pie all sweetened up. Just look at it!!
Christmas Card 20
A simple card using a plain deer digital stamp. I wasn't quite sure where I was going to go with the card, but in the end I thought it turned out nice.
Christmas Card 19
I made htis card with my Stampin Up Banner Punch. Great idea. Jennifer McGuire showed a similar card where she used a banner stamp and cut it out, the punch works well too!C
Christmas Card 18
I spent some time playing in my craft room today. I love the 3D cards. I think it adds such a fun touch!

Christmas Card 17
Actually made this one this morning. I started it the other day, but nothing was coming together. I left it all out on my craft table and walked away. This morning I went in my room to put something away and I looked at it and knew exactly what I wanted to do! Sometimes it helps to walk away when things are clicking.

Thank You Card
Needed to switch gears and do something other than Christmas. This was made with Stampin-Up papers from the Spice Cake kit I got from SNOWMANLOVER.
Christmas Card 15
This card was fun to make, however when I finished, I realized it will be hard to get an envelope the right size. I should've made it just a tad shorter in the width then it would have fit in a standard A9 envelope. I suppose I could still cut it down.
Christmas Card 14
I got inspired for this card by one I saw on Pinterest. I changed it up a bit. I really like how it turned out.

Christmas Card 12
This card is actually cuter than my photography shows. I so wish I had my Christmas Decorations out to photograph (I'm thinking once I do, I will have to retake my photos), anyway. The Twine is actually very pink and white bakers twine, the photo makes it look just white. I seem to be stuck on Square Christmas Cards this year.
